This book has been a life - changer for me. Debilitating chronic pain has finally become manageable using this technique. This book sat on my shelf for a year as I struggled with 24/7 intractable pain. I thought it was too simple a solution for a pain condition called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. Out of despiration I read the book that helped me identify and "tap through" varying factors of pain, pain perception and pain management.Now when pain strikes, I no longer run to the medicine cabinet. I start tapping. Granted, to those unfamiliar with tapping it may look a little stange, but I don't care.My physicians are stupified. I no longer require medications, injections etc. to manage CRPS, considered to be the most painful condition known to man. I have ordered several copies of this book to gift to others.
I wanted to write a review, because I was shocked that this works. Once you learn it, it's very simple and does not require perfection. I was very skeptical and I just assumed I would be throwing away more money searching out a solution for chronic back pain. I started tapping one night, and as the author states, my pain may become more intense, and it did. An hour later though it was nearly gone. As I continued day after day my pain was responding. It got more intense, it moved, it changed, but I was affecting it. It's only been a month and my pain is progressively diminishing in intensity and duration. Now, I have successfully used it to clear stuffy sinuses, sooth a bad stomach ache, calm anger associated with the back pain and even curb craving for unhealthy food. Incidentally I saw the book, The Tapping solution, a few years ago at a B&N, and passed it off as fraud. Now I'm doing it and really surprised it works.
I've known about EFT for years and have found it very helpful; but the way it was taught back then included some pretty complicated diagnostics, and different 'algorithms' for each condition or problem. It was a LOT to take in, especially if you're already stressed or hurting.Which is why I am so impressed with this book! Nick has honed and simplified this technique in a truly inspired way. The EFT series he teaches is both easy to learn and amazingly effective. You don't have to be an expert; from the very first time, you'll be able to see--and FEEL--the difference.
i own The Tapping Solutions the Revolutionary Solution, an excellent book, but I wanted to expand my use to body pain issues. I'm finding that this technique really really helps with all kinds of pain.And, I'm grateful for the expanded techniques.
This is a great book that has helped me manage my pain and improve my quality of life. It may sound strange at first and the exercises may feel awkward but I have found that it works. It is non-invasive and no side-effects so what have you got to loss in trying it. Maybe your pain? I have also found it to relieve the depression and anxiety that I experienced from have chronic pain. Easy to read and follow with great backgroung information. I hope you will find it works for you too.
My name is Joyce A. Ashby and I have a testimonial to doing tapping. I watched a few video’s online to find out how to do the EFT Tapping, and started doing it on mine own. If I can do it so can you.. a bit of studying and reading the books helps also. I had a sore shoulder from something that I did that I’m not to sure how, but I did tapping on it twice a day for 1 week straight and the soreness went away! I just could not believe how well it works. I later did tapping on my allergy’s that I have had for over 25 years. I followed what I have learned about how to find out what emotion that is attached to it. Asking questions as I went, and out of the blue an emotion popped in my head, and I worked on that. I started to cry, but kept on going. I noticed that over the last few months that I have done the tapping about my allergy’s my sinus started draining down the back of my throat. At first I thought it was just a fluky thing, but it happened every time I tapped on my allergy’s. I do it at night most of the time, and it also helps me fall asleep. I pass the information on to as many people that I get in contact with that have pain, or other issues. I’m so very THANKFUL to Nick and his sister for the work that they do, and sharing with us the information online, and in the books. I know at first, I was a bit skeptical about doing the tapping because it sounded odd, but I just did it and saw RESULTS!! Some things may take longer to do. When I get a headache I tap as soon as I can with a lot of positive words as I tap. I try to say, “ I’m happy and grateful my headache will go away†with other positive words. Each situation is different. To me with having allergy’s for so long I had to find the emotion that went with it, and tap through that and than go from there. When you don’t have to take drugs to feel better that is the BEST thing ever! Amen to Nick and Jessica for all the help they do.. I love you and I am so glad that I learned about EFT (tapping) thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Wow! I have chronic back pain for over 20 yrs. which I'm still tapping on but after reading this book I'm finding a bunch of other stuff I never realized affecting my back pain and other pains in my body. Stuff in my childhood I never would expect or totally forgot about was causing stomach issues and anxieties. I have a long way to go yet in being pain free but I can see myself now having hope and getting there....GREAT BOOK!!!!!
This book has changed my life! I have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my knees and back and possibly rheumatoid arthritis, along with having chronic sciatic issues since a young age due to a sports injury. I did one session, yes ONE SESSION, and my pain is reduced. Typically my knee is at a 9 on SUDS andmy back when around a 9 as well. Today, my knee is at a 1 and my back is pain free! This is the first time in a whole year that I woke with NO PAIN! Thank you Nick. I love this book and highly recommend it. It is easy to understand and the techniques are simple to use. If you have pain, it is time for you to release it and live the life you deserve!!!
